By accessing the Cine Quiz app, you give us your consent to collect, store, and use the information you provide (including any changes thereto as provided by you) for any of the services that we offer. Cine Quiz (Our mobile application, currently on Android – Google Play), is owned and operated by CoolBoots Media Pvt Ltd (hereinafter referred as Cine Quiz ”, “We”, “Our”, “Us”, “Company”, “App”). Cine Quiz offers its end users interesting daily quiz (the number of quizzes that we run daily may vary), all the users who answer all the questions correctly of the quiz are announced as winners.This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the services, as well as other information provided to us online or offline by End Users, Advertisers and other customers or users of our mobile application; however, it does not apply to information collected from our employees, contractors or vendors.

Please note that usage of this app is limited to users within India only.

You must not use our app/ services outside India

Do not access or use our Services (Cine Quiz android app & movieflixquiz.com website pages) by any means or technology which conceals your actual geo-location or is unable to provide accurate details of the location (for example, use a virtual. Private network (VPN) to access Cine Quiz Services).

As part of our efforts to provide you better access and control over the information which we collect and process about you, we require you to download and use the latest version of the Cine Quiz App.

If you continue to use an older version of the App, we would not be responsible or liable for collection, storage and processing of your information. You are required to update to the most current version of the App.

Information we collect:

To play quizzes on Cine Quiz, registration or login is not mandatory, so you can also play any of the quizzes listed on the app as a guest user. But if you login & start playing the quizzes then you can become a part of the leaderboard & you will win Cine Quiz coins, which you can use on the quizzes which are coin entry based.

To avail services on Cine Quiz, you may require to provide following information for the registration/ login process.

(a) Name:For personalized communication

(b) Mobile Number: We verify and validate the mobile number provided by you.

Other uses:

(i) Mobile number is also used in assisting you in case of any account related queries raised by you.

(ii) Mobile number is also used to communicate account related activities and custom offers occasionally.

(c) Email address: Your email address is used to communicate service alerts (your activity on Cine Quiz & Service related communication).

Other uses :

(i) We verify your email address through 3rd party services to detect fraud/ unauthorized usage of Cine Quiz.

(ii) We send commercial or marketing messages which we deem to be relevant to you, with an option to unsubscribe in each email. We shall not send you any email communication if you choose to unsubscribe from these messages.

(d) Information Collected from Third-parties when registering and Playing the Games

If you play any of the games or use any of the Services on connected third-party applications or connect the Services to any third-party applications, Google and/or from Social Networking Sites (“SNS”) such as Facebook, we may receive certain information about you from the provider of the third-party application. The information received depends on the third-party application, your privacy settings.

When you connect with the Services through an SNS, the information that Cine Quiz may collects include your first and last name, the login e-mail you provided to that third-party application when you registered with the SNS.

You can manage the information Cine Quiz receives about you from a third-party application, like Facebook or Google, on which you play our games and you will need to follow the instructions for the third-party application for changing your privacy settings. Operating system type & version helps us in providing best experience of Cine Quiz for your operating system along with customizing offers displayed to you. 4.Photos/Media/Files & Storage Access - We only read and access various files stored by Cine Quiz app on your device to keep the performance optimized.

5.Wi-Fi connection information - We read the status of Wi-Fi connection on your device to notify you about the same and also intimate you to use Cine Quiz at that time so as to save on your data costs

6.Other Permissions such as: Receive data from Internet, full network access, prevent device from sleeping, reorder running apps, view network connections, read Google service configuration, control vibration, run at start-up, modify system settings -- - We use these services to give our users best possible experience on Cine Quiz and improve our services from time to time.

Deletion Request Rights

You have the right to request that Cine Quiz delete any or all of the personal information that Cine Quiz collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions. Upon Cine Quiz ’s receipt and confirmation of a verifiable consumer request from you, Cine Quiz will, unless an exception applies, delete (and direct any of our service providers having such information to delete) your personal information from Cine Quiz ’s records. Under certain conditions, Cine Quiz may deny your deletion request for deletion if retaining the information is necessary for Cine Quiz or our service provider(s) to:

Exercising Deletion Rights

To exercise your deletion rights described above, please submit a verifiable consumer request to Cine Quiz by sending an email to Cine Quiz at support@movieflixquiz.com. Only you, or a person registered with the appropriate authority authorized by you to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information.

Response Timing and Format

Cine Quiz makes efforts to respond to a verifiable consumer request within 45 days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to 90 days), Cine Quiz will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. If you have an account with the Website, Cine Quiz will deliver its written response to that account. If you do not have an account with us, or a response is not capable of being sent thereto, Cine Quiz will deliver our written response by mail or electronically, at your option. Any disclosures Cine Quiz provides will only cover the 12-month period preceding the verifiable consumer request’s receipt. If applicable, the response Cine Quiz provides will also explain the reasons Cine Quiz cannot comply with a request.

Please note that usage of Cine Quiz is limited to users within India only. Any user from India can download & install the Cine Quiz & can play any of the quizzes that are live on the app. But Only users with valid & active Indian mobile number or with valid Google or Facebook accounts can register on the app. Registration on Cine Quiz requires you to have an Indian mobile number (starting with +91), and you can not register with a mobile number that does not belong to India. You should not use our services outside India.
